Who are we? Since 1982, we have coached wilderness skills, bird watching, conservation and leadership to school children and adults alike. Our programs range from weekend outings to weeklong. Groups of 10 to 30 children, both girls & boys in the age group of 8 to 16 years travel with 3 to 5 Instructors. They trek, climb & camp, studying Nature.

We go by soft paths, travelling in a manner which will have the least impact on the environment. We believe this Minimum-Impact-Camping is essential to the preservation of Nature. Thus we coach children to leave no trace of their presence so that those who follow can enjoy the same environment with the same Sense of Discovery

On a DISCOVER NATURE Program haversacks, ropes, binoculars, tents and camping kits are important. Every Course / Camp includes the Discover Nature Syllabi - the skills and information essential to low-impact wilderness camping. We teach our participants to be safe and knowledgeble users of the wilderness.

Envvironment Education is our priority, and we belive that the best ecological understanding comes through experience. We explain, demonstrate and immediately practice new skills. We give our participants responsibility in the wilderness, the relationship between action and result is vivid and satisfying.
